Philadelphia Inquirer on Rolling Furlough Agreement
The Philadelphia Inquirer carries pretty much the same news about forestalling the rolling furloughs in an article today headlined "State, unions reach pact to prevent furloughs" by Angela Couloumbis and Mario F. Cattabiani.
If we told you we worked at the State Library we might get fired because this blog does not go through the press office; but, then, if the governor's budget goes through as submitted, we will probably be furloughed anyway. Kind of a Catch 22.
